Cancelation & Late Policy
Time has been specifically reserved for your appointment, procedure, or treatment. If you need to cancel
or reschedule your appointment you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
However, providing less than 24 hours notice will require you to pay 25% of your scheduled service
total.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I will be happy to rebook your appointment for another time,
however a fee of 25% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file. If you are more
than 15 minutes late and fail to notify, or if you do not show up at all, this will be considered a no
call/no show and the full 100% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card on file.
